Staff was excellent. Erica was very helpful & friendly on check in and Maisie was a delight at check out. Everything was very clean. Excellent 24 hour coffee. Breakfast was all the normal basics but very good. And breakfast staff kept the whole area well maintained & clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Free cookie on check in was a great surprise & perk!!!

Ashly, the General Manager, is exceptionally professional and kind. While I was waiting in the lobby for my colleague, I noticed that she treated every single person with the same warm and respectful attitude. Once she recognized that I had visited her location multiple times, she proactively offered her help, which I truly appreciated. We need more managers who demonstrate her level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. Thank you again, Ashly, for your outstanding service.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for work trips, and it’s consistently been a reliable choice with no issues whatsoever. The staff is exceptionally attentive and proactive—they’re always on top of things and quick to assist. The entire facility is impeccably clean, which makes a big difference when you’re on the road. Breakfast is reliably good every morning, with solid options that start the day right. I also made use of the gym during my stays and was pleasantly surprised by the impressive selection of equipment—well-maintained and more than adequate for a solid workout. Overall, it’s a great place for business travelers (or anyone really). Highly recommend!

I drive a truck over the road. I always come back to hotels that offer great service and they live up to their word. Ashley for the longest time was always so polite and so quick getting me in but she moved up the ladder to management so I don’t see her anymore. Lesley and Amanda have taken her place and are awesome. They both are multitasking women who show no stress when they are busy. They both always have a smile on their face and make you feel wanted. They make the experience so nice and easy. Thank you ladies and Ashley for always being good to me and doing a great job! This is why I will always stay at your hotel. Thanks again for the great service and having these ladies on your staff!!

The staff was very accommodating for our needs for early breakfast because of our dog show times. The rooms were very clean and the breakfasts food varieties were great. The staff were very helpful with all my questions and welconed our dogs . The hotels distance from all our venues was great. Can't say enough about this place. Would gladly stay again.

We recently stayed over the Christmas holiday and wanted to share how much we enjoyed our time. The entire front desk staff was amazing—so professional and incredibly welcoming. A very special thank you to Amanda; we had a beautiful, much-needed conversation that truly touched my heart. It is rare to find such genuine connection and hospitality. The team made our holiday stay so special, and we are so grateful for the memories.

Very reasonably priced. The hotel was very clean and the clerks were polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and perfect for an overnighter. Also has a hot breakfast which is a big plus for me. The only thing I can say that was missing was they should have microwave ovens in the rooms. Everything else was great

We stayed here while attending a conference in Lebanon. The hotel was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. The staff from the morning to night shift were very nice and helpful. Leslie, Erica and Amanda were amazing answering our questions, made it a seemless check in and out experience. Awesome place to stay with Great people.
